The client was introducing and operationalizing the Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) tool AdoIT in a complex environment with multiple global harmonization initiatives. This included the integration with the process modeling tool Adonis and the alignment with an Operational Excellence program. Beyond the tool implementation, the client required a holistic setup of the EAM discipline, including methodology, governance, and organizational anchoring.
